Hey ya,

I have a weird problem with the AHG.

I want to make a dive loop with it...all track is completely build with elementary.

But evverytime I try to put it through the AHG there's some weird output.

I hope some of you can help me and I would really appreciate Reals help because most of the time the things he tells work.

Its not weird at all. Whats happening is the AHG does not like pure vertical track. At some point you must have a vertex thats just about directly vertical. Try to get rid of it and have 2 handles on either sides not at 90, then it should work a bit better.

Are you sure that you use the latest Version? I built a diveloop with a perfectly vertical half loop and had no problems. So, either you use an outdated Version or the halfloop is tilted to the side a bit and the speed just isn't there.
...or you marked the halfloop with a black spine. This could also lead to problems.

Buster.

PS: Latest Version allways here: http://nldc.interfix.net/pageid-6.html

Somehow I think you've programmed something wrond in the newest version. it seems like the filter is adjusted too tight.

Which filter setting do you normally use buster?

What do you mean with "tight"? Like too low?
Note that the filter now is connected to the speed of the train. The filter amount you set is only being used for the fastest spot on the track. The slowest spot gets 1/4th of the amount you specify.

Additionally you can set the filter directly within the input-track on a per-segment-basis using the railcolor. So, if you don't like the speedadjusting, mark the entire track and set the filter amount in the individual segment settings. For example a color of 123/0/0 on all segments would ensure a fixed filter of 123.

BTW: I usually use segments of around 2m (6ft) length and filters of 90-150.

Buster.

Read the readme file. It's included in the zip file with the AHG. It should tell you everything you need to know for your first tracks.
