somthing a little diffrent in weston-super-mere

so its a very very sunny day in the uk so rather than stay in me and my sister decided to go somewhere so we went to a seaside town in the south of england called weston-super-mere.

weston-super-mere has always had a pier stratchign out over the ocean however in 2009 this happened


the best pier arcade in the uk went up in flames. it had alot of rare vintage arcade machines and a very unique ghost train. however it was rebuilt and opened late in 2010

today we went to go check it out and WOW what a gem it is, its very big and houses alot of interactive rides.
there was a ghost train, laser maze, laser tag, mirror maze, micro swing, dodgems, go-karts, funhouse, 4D cinima and a robot arm.

heres the new pier as viewable from the beach


it was very busy down on the beach but its been a gorgous day so why not get out and take in the wonderful sun


the new pier front, all shiney and new and lots of surprises await inside


the first thing you see as you go in is this, the awsome robot arm that is ancored along way up in the end with you standing beneath it. a very very cool place to put it and creates a fantastic ride


get in that seat, i did and it was very very very much worht the ?????????3 to ride it, the seats were surprisingly comfortable and the restainges were loverly too.


micro spin and swing that went over the 2nd floor balcony. didnt go on it but it was certainly cool to watch


so small and cute but a very cool ride


i just thought this was a very cool statue from terminator salvation outside the 4D cinema.


so hot today we need a drink, ohh look they have a bar. beer makes everything better. its like fire but a liquid


pirates are hot too[:D]


and theres the go-karts in the roof, electric karts but they were very quick

no coasters yet unfortunetly but it is a very cool place to be. not a big place but i thought you might appreciate just the small place and what can be done with very little room.

As you guys probably know, I enjoy parks like this in the winter. Great find!
