Stealing peoples objects.

On this coaster Fire, this guy says he used Reals lights and objects from TTD. From the way he wrote it, it doesn't seem that he had permission to. Just check it out and let me know what you think.

I'm just going to assume that he downloaded them from www.coastercandy.com

and I am also going to assume that both real and lpth5 read the disclaimer at the bottom of:
http://www.coastercandy.com/nolimits.htm
with that said, the disclaimor frees lpth5 from theft with this line:
"Anyone that uploads, it is implied that you are allowing anyone to use these files."
the next line reads:
"Anyone that downloads, it is EXPECTED that you will give credit to the author."
and with said, lpth5 gave credit to real for those stuff he made and gave everyone the right to use it whoever downoads it off there, so there is no crime here.
