Hey guys, I've had a look around, maybe downloaded some of your tracks and I have noticed that a large number of you have used beams to create certain structures such as tunnels and queue lines. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how beams can be used to create tunnels etc.

Thanks guys :)

^Not sure if you clicked SM by mistake or if that is the simulation you were referring to. If you meant to click NL then here are my tips, if not, then disregard.
Use free nodes and connect the support beams to the nodes and place each node in the spot you wan it to be in. Go to top view. Click the free node icon in the toolbar, find a spot, left click to place the node, repeat, after you have 2 free nodes placed, click on any support beam in the tool bar. once you have done that, left click on a free node, drag the mouse to the other free node, left click to place and you should have a single support going across. to create structures, supports etc use the same method, but, drag and click the nodes to place them where you want them. Hope that helps.

P.S.

It takes a lot of patience to do it that way, the easiest way is to get a 3d creator like sketch-up or download the construction kit.
