Yes, they look extremely cheesy! Seriously, supports, to me are the easiest part to making a coaster. It just takes alot of time, and sometimes its extremely frustrating. Alot of people may disagree with me, but thats why I havnt made a coaster in a long time and just support other peoples coasters...lol, but just look at pictures and such and that will help you along quite a bit. Also look at other peoples tracks so you can kind of get an idea. It's frustrating at first, and takes time but it's actually quite easy. And you'll get used to it in no time. [:D]

brok1 do you think you could help me with that part of the supports I have diff coaster windows up to see what the supports look like and the closet I can find to look like that is maverick and I dont want to use I cause there is that big gap at the bottom for the coaster to go by..

The supports are definitely a little bland. The track looks like it could use more work than them though...I agree with Brok. They may not be the easiest some of the times, but they definitely give you most opportunity to make the track interactive.

The supports seem ok, but not quite in the Intamin style. I realize they may be difficult for you, but once you get a little better, you can try track connectors. When I support I like to look at pictures of rides to get a good idea of what I will be doing.

i think when he says track connectors he is referring to the way you use multiple nodes to create more complex supports, not the type of node used to connect to track, like this;

Typically for an Intamin I use large tubes (size 3) for the main body of the support and then use medium or size 2 tubes for any side bracing. As far as the things I look at to work with my supports, I really like pictures of Goliath at Walibi and Expedition GeForce. Both of those provide great examples of the Intamin style. When doing track connectors like Circ talked about, both size 3 and size 2 tubes can work for the four tube track, but only use size 2 for the three tube track.

Flanges are a good idea. The auto-flanger makes the process 100x faster, but wow does it jack up your terrain...
