Heres my newest project, Telesco.
Its a new-age Arrow looper with lots of twists and four unique inversions.

[/url]

The layout is as follows.

-86 foot lift hill
-75 foot traversing drop
-65 foot immelmann
-61 foot butterfly(its a bit tight
but i guess its still a butterfly)
-54 foot swooping left-hand turn
-46 foot right hand overbank
-47 foot cutback
-32 foot bunny hill into the brakes.

right now i have the track passing through the default station with the intention of building a support station with a pass through like the one seen here

Image

but if someone who is experienced in 3ds modeling would like to volunteer to build just a simple custom station, le me know and i will send you the track.
if not its no problem, i will just continue as planned with the support station.

let me know what you think.
thanks.

looks quite interesting.

If you are looking for a really simple station, you can still download the Object Creater from gravimetricstudios.com, but you are limited to a few (10 i think?) brushes so you would have to build your station in pieces.

Gnarly man. Looks like a pretty sweet layout. The "butterfly," http://www.nolimitsdevcenter.net/i12824 looks quite intense. Very fun looking, however, it does look like the trains may pinch there.
Also, the double spines look very.. I dunno.. un-asthetic..? They just seem odd like that. I think a normal spine and heavier supporting would be a better alternative. Just my opinion though.

yeah i was afraid the cars might collide when i first tested it but when i looked i was surprised to find that the corkscrew cars are very very flexible, as this was the closest it came.

and for the double spine, as i pointed out earlier it is alot tighter than they usually are(i noticed after i built the element) but i decided it would be more realistic since Ninja at SFoG has it, seen here http://rcdb.com/ig40.htm?picture=2 although i must thank you because now i notice that the double spine is only in the top portions of the loops, ill fix it.

Its at the tops because then they dont have to support it up there.

Its a pain but there is a little trick that I found by accident once, I'm not sure if it works for everyone elses versions but I was able to copy a brush and manipulate it how I wanted the new brush to be and the program didn't count it as a new brush. You can get a fair few brushes (not totally sure how many) but I got over 10 on my unresgistered version. This may help those with an unregistered copy and a lot of pateience.

Great g's then in the butterfly!

barone_938@msn.com is my mail....and tell me if you want a specific theming or just a "general" station.

well either just a general station or any theming you think would look good, i can always change the colors.

also you can either house the brakes and ststion to continue the tunnel all the way to the start of the lift, or just house the station and tunnel the lower track segment, either will do.

one more thing, as a heads up to everyone, this is not meant to be the smoothest ride you have ever ridden in nolimits, having been on plenty of arrows i can tell you they are far from any B&M or intamin. so for thhat reason, i didnt spend an eternity smoothing out everything, a few places are shaky but they are meant to be for realism.

EDIT: track sent.

^^If you are recreating a style, it IS an excuse for making it rough.

It does give you grounds to rate on its roughness. However, you need to understand that only the transitions on Arrows are rough - the rest is smooth.

no, i'm just warning you, cos some n00bs say "this is a vekoma, so you can't take points of for roughness"

UPDATE!!

i know i know, it took me forever to do supports.
good excuse though, cause im failing my german class in school, had to bring that grade up! and we've been testing for the past few weeks, eoct, preformance finals, reviews, and next week monday-wednesday are our last days, half days and nothing but testing.

but i managed to squeeze time in between studying to finish the supports.
heres some shots of the current progress.

Well, I do say this looks cool. A nice, compact (somewhat) layout. However, I wonder if the train would be able to navigate those final turns into the station in real life...

i think it would probably be fine, none of the cars touch, and some arrows have some pretty tight corners, like anaconda at PKD seen here
