Ive been kinda working silently on this project for the past couple months. I wanted to create a full "Prefab" style track but i really wanted it to be good. As in i wanted a good track that's not everyday newton trash. So after much work on this i have decided that i really think the ride does has potential and isnt newton trash. It has a great layout and great pacing and keeps it speed right up till the end. I like how the drop and shaping turned out, it feels very prefabish and just the ride in general packs a punch. Now, with the large amount of terrain, it is even better. So im going to start giving some updates on the construction of the ride. This is what ive got so far.-

Looks great!

This reminds me... What if Gravity Group designed a 200ft+ roller coaster, manufactured it with the Intamin pre-fab track, and used timberliners? =)

Whoever said I was talking about the ties? I was talking about the shaping, and I already told him anyways it doesn't matter, I still came up with it :D

Actually i was the first to do this technique and i did not steal his. When i asked him about his technique he had happened to find the same one i did about 4 months ago.

It was only a joke...

And I guess A113 just took all of the credit for it.

Good luck on the supports

^What do you mean by "overdoing it."

Heres a quick update. Ive started supporting. Intamin bracing has to be the most time consuming type of supporting ive ever attempted. This is what ive started on. (barely) You can also see that ive made a cable lift system thing and there will NOT be ties on the lift.

This is the difficult bracing stuff i was talking about. But d@mn does it looks good!

Unfortunately ive got quite a bit to go.

Again comments appreciated!

How steep is that lift?

Names:

Normal-o (The opposite of Bizarro)
el rinoceronte (the rhinoceros)(like El Toro (The bull))
Plunge of catastrophe

The lift is about 35*. Maybe a little less. Look at the very first pic. It shows it the best.

I can't believe you're taking the time to do those double beam supports...they're everywhere on El Toro. They do look good on your ride, but good luck having a life between now and when you finish.

^Hahaha. They actually don't take that long to do. It only took me about thirty minutes to do do that entire section. But they are definately worth it. Otherwise the supports just do not look intaminy at all.

It's looking really good! Does it have any quick transitions near the end like El Toro? I can't tell by the pictures.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

Not exactly. It has a couple quick transitions but they arent flat like el toro. This is the final sequence of turns.

Its actually really a great ending because the fast pacing makes it feels like its going really fast.

One thing ive noticed about most intamin prefabs is that they kind of drag on a bit longer than they need to. Mine i tried to eliminate that problem and it worked. Mine finishes with a good amount of speed left going into the brakes. Now this may sound like a problem, because it could continue on a little longer. But if it were to continue on, i didnt have enough speed/space to add in something that would really be all that exciting. It can really ruin a ride for me if it comes creeping through the last couple turns and hills and into the brake run. But thats just my opinion.

Yeah, this looks really good! I look forward to downloading it. Shaping is nice, and it definitely looks like it includes tons of airtime.
Oh are you confused about where the reply is? Well look directly above this and kablammo! There it is!

This does look pretty descent, maybe soften up the terrain in a couple of areas, and keep up the supporting cause they look great.

Thanks! And ill work on the terrain. I dont know how easy it will be to make any more soft than it already is, but ill definately work on it.
