Hey All

I will be leaving for my Texas trip Friday the 17th of June. I will be going to every park except Wonderland and Joyland.

Since I have never been to any of these parks, I was wondering If some of you could give me advice on must do's at the parks, Besides the obvious. For example, Places to eat or like time of day to ride a ride and stuff.

Little helpful tips and tricks would be appreciated.

Thanks,
- J

Check the heights that riders have to be incase you fall short.

You should have no problem doing everything at the Texas parks, as long as you dont go to SFOT on a Saturday. Even then it's possible.

have to agree about steel eel [approve] front gives great floater, and the back gives some intense moments of ejector.
ride texas giant near the front for your first time, then head for the back row of the back car. it's the best seat. the airtime on the first drop is unreal and unlike anything i have and will ever experience in my life. its just a great ride over all and keeps good pacing throughout the whole ride. judge roy may look tame, but no roller coaster that small should be that bumpy. shockwave is a great classic and is one of the smoothest coasters in the park and is full of airtime. and like jake said, dont go on a saturday. the best days are week days. i went on a saturday and every ride had over-flowing lines and the parking lot was full:D i rode 2 rides in a time span of 8 hours [sillyme]
