What ride do you guys wish you could ride, but its either not realistic or feasible for it to happen in the near[ish] future?

Mines a toss up between Boulder Dash (due to riding Megaphobia at oakwood and seeing what Larry Bill was part of - plus obliviously the POV's etc) and Skyrush which just looks immense - but probably much more likely I'd be able to get over to ride it!

I want to get out to the west coast and hit up some parks out there. Probably won't happen since im an east coast dweller. That, and Six Flags in New Jersey i think so i can hit up Kingda Ka

Let me tell you though, Skyrush is insane! Most airtime (in duration and intensity) i've ever experienced on a roller coaster. After its opening year they had to make adjustments to the lift hill speed by slowing it down as it when over the top to try and null it down a little. You used to actually catch airtime as you peaked over the top. The restraint system is very harsh on your thighs... by the end of the ride your legs are screaming in pain... they changed them out to softer bars after the first year as well. Since then its much better. Still just as intense.

For me, that's like asking which fish in the sea is for you.
But for me, probably Intimidator 305. Lightning Run kinda gave me a taste, especially with that s turn and super steep drop.

I really wish I could ride El Toro sometime in the near future because I've seen many POVs of it, and it just looks like pure insanity :P. I'm sure I'll eventually ride it someday, but I hope that someday is sooner rather than later.

Boulder Dash is the best ride ever ok.

I want to ride Cannibal and Helix.

Either Maverick or Helix for sure! To me, the best and most fun roller coasters are the ones that deliver all-around and end on a high note, and those two seem to be the epitome of that.

Agreed. I honestly don't like a string of airless hills for an ending as the coaster "fizzles out." At least make extreme airtime with those or get a banked curve or something!

On my "really want but cannot ride in the next ten years due to reasons" list: Maverick, Helix, Boulder Dash, Medusa, Montu, Kumba.... But of all of these, that ONE ride I really want to ride is Helix.

El Toro
Maverick
Medusa Steel Coaster
Wicked Cyclone
Dodonpa

If I had to narrow it down to one, it would probably be Medusa.

Actually I feel that way about Millennium Force, but I'm riding it in a few weeks. I still have an unbearably strong yearning for it every single day though.

4-Skyrush | 5-Iron Rattler | 6-X2 | 7-Kingda Ka

I hope you don't exit disappointed, though, because it sure does look like you've been wanting it all the time! I've heard people who think it deserves its rating, people who think it is overrated, and even people who think it's UNDERrated and deserves MORE than the pile of awards it already has. Good luck!

Dodonpa, The Bat (the old awesome one), T Express, Pyrenees, Villian, Eagle's Fortress, Riddler's Revenge, The Bobs (my grandmother and mother used to ride this), Dragon Khan, Rattler opening day, unmodified Zonga/Thriller/Texas Tornado, "pre-reprofiled" Colossus, Hayabusa (arrow suspended), Boulder Dash, the Mexican classic woodie that is kinda like Colossus, and, yes I know some are defunct on that list.

Generally any ride that hurt people at a historic level and didn't have OTSR's is on that list too. If I had to pick only one of those it would be Rattler opening day. Christ that drop is probably going to go down in history as one of the most insane drops ever.

Also because I'm rather attached to it, I'd like to have been able to give Mantis a spin in its first operating season before the trains rattled themselves apart and had serious issues.

Excited for my first >true< (mystery Mine isn't the same...) Euro-fighter and Intamin Halfpipe! I'll also have ridden every type of Intamin and gerst coasters in N.America this trip ^^.

The wishlist:

Takabisha
Smiler
Swarm
Gravity Max
The Big One

Silver Bullet! Looks like just a tame inverted due to moderate g's like 3, but that layout is seriously an awesome pull! :D That first drop should have given us a "diving into the ground" effect, though.

Pretty much any of the still existing CCI coasters. The Boss and Megafobia are pretty high upon that to-do list. :)
I also would love to get a ride on eagles fortress, the entire ride just looks sick!

I say it completely deserves it's records. It was the ORIGINAL Giga coaster, and it shares my #1 coaster with TTD.
