Oscar is deciding whether to ban Fraroc or not by responses in here...

Guys I want to apologize, I never should have acted the way i did in the chat today, i will admit i have been a total ass today and im willing to make a change, for real!

Yeah i agree. I personally find fraroc to be a little like cool 5 but hes just fine. Why ban him?

B&M... are you ever in the chat? If so, then you'd see that he is worse than cool5 in many ways.

i'd rather just be banned from the chat, not the site and forum.

I only think we should ban spammers, he hasn't done anything wrong that I've seen so I have no reason to want him banned

I never go in chat, i have otherthings to do, however, even if he did something why don't we just issue a warning or a temp ban? I mean come on we all screw up and he oblviously shows remorse which means there is a higher chance he will stop.

That's not remorse...that's him trying to get out of punishment for what has been happening not just today, but over weeks and weeks. Constantly (like, 1/3 or 1/2 of his many posts) referring to a dirty video, cursing toward members including myself and others, and not bringing anything at all to the discussion. Since when does the offender decide the punishment? If he acted respectfully, there would be no problems at all.

I vote to ban him, as this has been going on over a period of weeks as I said before. At the very least, warn that there will be an instant and complete ban should he refer to a dirty video once or curse toward a member once more on his site.

Those who haven't been in the chat probably are voting blindly. I'm thinking some quotes from the chat should've been included in the first post here.

In my honest opinion, I belive that chatroom stupidity should not be a reason for banning, I believe a real person who should be banned is a spammer or a troll on the forums. like for example

A title of a topic: OMG a rollercoaster just crashed!!!

This is an example of a no-life spammer who needs to be banned. But I would never try a stunt like that. never ever ever.

Whenever fraroc waltzes into the chat room, he immediately tries to make everyone shift their conversations to whatever inane topic(s) he desires. He is constantly making stupid references to "2 girls 1 cup", and he frequently becomes angry and lashes out in all caps. Yesterday, he thought it was funny to tell us of how he struck his sister in New York City.
