No you can't, i'd have to make it frame by frame and then use all the images to make a full smooth video... It takes at least about a few hours to make a long one... If it did work with enter it into the program and done i had about millions avatars right now...

<-- that supersplash one is about 50 frames... And some of my previous were about 200-250 frames. All done by hand...

^Actually Dirk, I had a program that did stuff like that. You could even input the FPS thus cutting down number of frames instead of doing every single frame. I made quite a few but I can see where your hand made ones can pick and choose the best frames.

and dirk, if u need to printscreen every frame of the vid, save it as a gif and then combine, your not doing less than me to create a gif, if you hav a faster way then continue on my avatar, if you dont i'll do it myself
