A mysterious island has surfaced in the middle of some perfectly flat land... and along with it comes a coaster.

After finishing the contest im beginning track work on a new coaster, this one will remain in the fantasy realm since i dont think an island exists like this. mainly i wanted attempt at making three things that are difficult for me: splashdown,thru-the-station and thru-some-random-3ds thing

Three things that are impossible for you? You won't be able to do them.
And the 'theme' or background seems kinda lazy. But I'll wait for more.

I'm sure a park could theme an area to look like a tropical island by making an artificial island in a lake or something.

A tiny island devoted to a tiny coaster? with nothing special about it other than it being a sort-of realistic B&M?

To me, and i'm sure a few other other people, its not technically the landscape that makes something realistic its the ride itself. The landscape plays a role in it, but only secondary
What are these for?

I finally got back to work on this and realized how much i sucked a month ago. so, back to trackwork.

added a holding brake at the top of the drop and a pyramid that the coaster will go through when the track work is in progress. so i think the coaster might be something egyptian themed or in an oasis or something like that.

That looks really steep for a pyramid, however the idea looks nice. I'll be looking forward to the progress.

good except that lift hill top is REALLY misshapen. Try rising your top vertex up a little to make it more natural or "curvy". Or you could just fix it some other way.
It's been a long time

^It looks just fine if you take into consideration the 'Dive Machine' nature he's given to his drop.

i dont know whether i should keep the hyper track style: its drop is 90 degrees and it has an immelmann turn directly afterward; pretty reminiscent of a typical dive machine now that i think of it.

how large is a holding brake? this one takes up the whole curve into the dive...

^ The holding brake should be the first 40 to 60 degrees of the drop, it also shouldn't be actual brakes but a lift segment set to around 1 kph or less.

i put aside work on X2 and found this coaster sitting around. So, I smoothed the track (again) and turned the pyramid into a ball of bad 3DS, but at least now there's a center to the pyramid. I also made some somewhat crappy 3ds, but at least it has only a few hundred polygons per model. Since the coaster is already pretty inaccurate to B&M, shaping wise, I kept the holding brake the way it was.

Shot of the turn going out of the station, was originally a tiny turn but I thought this looked cooler.

Badly made Pyramid 3DS (that hasn't been textured yet) and the MCBR on it. And, floating pillars!

Holding brake on a long train doesn't seem right to me, everyone further back than the first 2 rows will suffer not hold and it'll have slow acceleration cause all of the train isn't on the drop.
