However, Clinton was gay, I mean, Look at the women in his life.
Surely, they were a front so of course his politics had to be believable. [lol]

What about this Foley guy? I think the media is really going over board with it. First off, he resigned. That should be enough for the general public seing as how he didn't do anything except type some dirty words to a minor. Grant it it's still innappropriate. But if that minor really didn't like it he could have just as easily blocked him and never talked to him again. But they're blowing it to be the scale of a micheal jackson rape trial, when the fact is its not.

Nothing is really happening in the news lately (save the recent school shootings), so they must sensationalize the commentary to make "filler" reports. The guy has resigned, checked into rehab, and obviously has some other issues going on from his past. You are right (if I am reading this properly), leave the guy alone.

We had a police officer shot and killed this weekend and his funeral is today -- officers are here from all over the place but no there is CNN or MSNBC or FoxNews to be found. Truly, an officer being killed and his accused killer being charged with capital murder is bigger news than some guy sending e-mails that frankly ... the kid could have reported this quite sometime ago, but it comes out 30 days before the mid-term elections? Come on.
Sometimes the best thing to say is nothing at all.

That's what I hate about politics. As much as I'd love to say that Foley is proof that Republicans are the devil and are causing the end of the world [:P], the fact of the matter is it really isnt a big deal. He resigned and is out of politics now, so why does the media still care? Someone needs to give the national press a slap on the face and remind them of what actually matters in the world. And, believe it or not, what matters in the world has nothing to do with an e-mail to a minor about how an old geezer likes his boys. This is one thing I hate about politics....everything is so blown out of proportion by both parties that it gets to a point where nothing anyone says has any value to it anymore.

The President of the United States is a Christian. Those crazy Christians are just taking over, aren't they? (Says the Pastor of a Southern Baptist Church - LOL) I think you are worried about these types of idiots being in control, right?

i think fox brings her on so that we'll ignore the people who might be really screwing things up.. they have her and her husband on alot, i think..
that way fox can say "see even we think some christian fundamentalists go tooo far" and they are not good examples.. that way people can say.".HAHA, you think we're like that wierdo? .. oohh, no, wer aren't like THAT" meanwhile they're the ones who keep trying to amend our constitution and erase the line that was drawn ages ago to separate church from stae..
why'd you have to post that AFTER i had a few c.b.???[lol][lol]

If anybody quits their job because they dont feel like working and wants someone else to make money for them.... they are the lowest level of society, and are extremely lazy, as its been postded ( I think ) it would be better to get paid what you deserve, that way the hard working people can advance quicker, and the less inclined people will have a good reason to work harder, but then again how can we change the entire financial system? We can only talk about obvious ways to make it better and brag about our ideas until the Goverment hears you and decides to veto it so one of the high rollers can get a free golf trip in Hawaii.

But those who work hard are always rewarded some how, I dont believe in Karma, but things do seem to balance out usually.

Editorial: I love it when people reply to things from pages back that has nothing to do with the way the conversation is going now. [lol]

Good comment though DF.

no.. i mean.. the impact that there parents and the people they surround themselves in will sway votes majorly. and if they keep electing people like Bush it's not going to be so good. even if Bush didn't fill out their demands this time, still, they have a big influence.

the fact that these children are getting brainwashed into believing all science is God and are forced to openly admit their sins and personal beliefs already is kinda.. sick.. and if you're able to convince them to do that because they're children.. we could be talking about a whole new generation here.

A whole new generation? I think every president that's ever been in office has had been tied to some christian organization, most of which are Prodistant, although JFK was catholic. Even John Carrey was catholic, as well. Anyways, there is no brain washing. YOur told to believe something, and as a little kid you believe it because your parents do, but that doesn't mean you can't refuse to believe it if you choose such. No one forces a gun to your head and says, "Believe Biotch!" No, we're christians by choice, just like your athiest by choice.

I think what Zoozer's trying to say is that there are politicians who are Christians, and Christian who are politicians. Most politicians are religious, but they do a good job of not letting it wholly influence how they vote on bills and such. The problem will arise when we reach the point where politicians begin passing bills and such solely based on their relgious denominations rather than their own opinions and such. I don't think this day will ever come though, since there are far too many religions and variations upon them for our government to become a single-religion governing body. And after all, we'd have to be voting these people in, which would indicate we agree with them, which would mean we'd have only ourselves to blame. There's no brainwashing or any of that crap though, and believe it or not, some Evangelists are actually good people with good intentions....[:O]

Well in that case what you said is stupid and plain wrong because there are already Evangelists of sorts in government.
