Only a mad genius like Schwarzkopf himself could have come up with such an inversion...

Only Schwarzkopf. That does look painful, but awesome at the same time ;)

So, that's why RCT3 has that figure-8 loop for the hyper coaster!
Oh, were you expecting something here?

I'm fairly certain it's just a model. No park would possibly be idiotic enough to install something that looks like that in a park, especially back when Schwarzkopf was building. Nowadays, however, I believe it could be made. H:RRR is almost there [;)] But in the meantime, I'm putting that on my next NL coaster. [:P]

I think I read somewhere that it was actually made, but that is a model of it. I am 80% sure

I've seen the image before and it stays an awesome picture. I was already planning to build such a weird inversion for NL. [lol]

Only i'm still wondering how exactly the heartlining is going to be.

I tried to build this in NL when I first saw this picture as well, Dirk. But it ended up being just rubbish everytime I tried, with bad g's and also, I wasn't very good at NL back then so it was always very jerky and the exact opposite of heartlined [lol]

Supposedly the loop pulled a ridiculous 10gs. All of Anton's loops are killers because he purposely designed them more circular than typical modern loops.

10gs? Man I can see why it was never even built. Don't get me wrong I'd love to ride this ride if it actually had some supports. But it looks like a deathtrap from the picture.
