While maybe some of the things noted are valid, truthfully this whole thing sounds to me like a bunch of unprofessional kids are mad at someone and want to complain a lot to get some money. If this was all that serious, I don't see it being told to a roller coaster community (with what I'm sure is a very young average age) on the internet. Just sounds a bit silly to me overall. That's just my view based on what I've seen...not trying to call anyone out or anything. Good luck though.
