SF is so stupid and i hate them. They took the best coaster in the world and made it a joke by painting it purple and giving it stupid ass trains and making it have a stupid audio soundtrack and giving it stupid trains that have suckish restraints and are very claustrophobic and ruin the ride and make all the airtime feel painfull.

Because i had a deep strong connection with this ride and it was ruined and it hurts me to this day.[B)]

it isn't so much the colors, its the new cars, they are uncomfortable and play stupid audio. They also take away the airtime and replace it with pain.

What about the airtime, im not saying i dont believe you, and i know it must suck. But how on earth could it affect the airtime? Just the pain inflicted on your thighs i guess?

Apparently the lap bars are a crap ton more thick now, and it's just super uncomfortable, is my guess.

I didn't say it affected the aitime itself, I just said the restraints made it painful and not fun for the rider.

Yeah, the majority of the changes were either silly, low quality, or poorly thought-out. I don't approve.

I don't think the airtime hurts, it's just a bit annoying now. The headrests are far more annoying though.

My biggest problem with the new trains is they don't pace right....I'm not sure if it's that they weren't broken in when I rode it but they feel slower over the hill tops than the old trains.

The mist being back is a plus though.

Yeah, I think the mist being back is one of the very few positive aspects of the change, if not the only clearly good change. IMO (and I'm not just saying this because they changed my favorite ride) the track paint looks faded, the scheme is a bit ugly and too close to the color scheme of the adjacent Batman; the lapbars and headrests are oversized, the cars are larger and therefore leave riders less exposed; the buildings and shield "tunnels" are tacky, even in relation to the scenery previously in place (buildings in the area, tunnels, etc.); the fire is an unnecessary distraction; and the theme is silly.

I seriously think we could get a bunch of people from various websites to form some kind of protest. At least let it be known to the six flags community how we feel about it.
