Hey! Welcome aboard! I've been checking out your Smiler recreation and it looks like you are leaving no stone unturned in reference to the amount of detail. It looks like it will definitely be a great recreation when you have it done! I certainly look forward to seeing it uploaded to the site. We can host very large files so you'll have no problem uploading it
Once again, it is a pleasure to see you on this site, welcome!
Thanks for the warm welcome Oscar! I'm glad that you like the look of the recreation and if put up for download it will indeed be a large file.

Attention to detail is up to eleven, probably way past. You know that to be the case when the average person won't even have any clue to exactly why supports need to be redone just from looking at the trailer.
Thanks for the great feedback. I myself was a bit unsure as to why my friend wanted to redo the supports but hey-ho, more realism.

Oh man, Welcome to the site! I've been following this recreation for a while now and I've been really pumped for it! I can't wait to see more updates!
Is Nemesis94 the forum type of person? If he is he is more than welcome here too
Again, Welcome to CoasterCrazy!
Thanks Turbo for the great feedback and warm welcome. Nemesis94 isn't really a forum person no as far as I'm aware. I'm mainly the one who had been posting updates for him.
I'll let him know about this site though.

Any idea of what frame rates are at right now for this?
Regarding frame rate, I was having a play around and created 3 different versions of the file with increasing levels of detail in the scripted features. The main problem is the amount of CPU that is required for the video animations of the marmaliser, queue line screens and projections. On the high level of detail I managed to get a high of about 25fps I believe and on low level about 50 fps. I am still having a play around to see what works best though.
Once again, thanks for the great comments everyone.
