Well, I had an Idea that maybe CF, C2K, and WWS members could get together and make something like CS's park pack, except with user-made objects.

1.) Good idea?
2.) Anyone interested in making objects, speak up![8D]

(We need objects that aren't already in the CS park pack)

Cool, but I am not good at making them.

Got any ideas on what category these would be? Stations? Supports?

If there is already a CS object pack, where can you get it? Is it for free? Do you need permission to use it?

I totally thought there was going to be some Zelda themed thing in here...

Guess not.

^^ hey, indi, here you go!

Make sure that you tell people when it is included, thereby giving credit, but otherwise it is free for the community to use.

Not really a good idea. You want all objects to have consistency and some people have different abilities. It wouldn't work as well as you think it will.

I can help, but I would need someone to export the objects to 3ds, since I'm using sketchup!

The CS pack makes the surrounding area look good, how about having making the coaster look better too?

That's what I was thinking about. Making LIMs, brakes, etc... that could enhance the track itself.

I was thinking like: supports, transfer tracks, stations, connectors, etc. Cool idea of thinking of this. Maybe you want to contact Phil (Riscit) and ask him if there are any legal issues with doing this. [;)]

^^ Maybe copying the idea from CS. I'm sure he will let you use it, but just in case, ask him.

Who gives a shiz if we hurt CSims feelings or violate there rules...we can't even breathe without offending them so let's just do it.

I can make some simple objects with GMax. I'm in.
1-Millennium Force | 2-Intimidator 305 | 3-Fury 325
4-Skyrush | 5-Iron Rattler | 6-X2 | 7-Kingda Ka
8-Voyage | 9-Maverick | 10-Monster

Well, I (as well as others) do not want to be tangled in many legal issues, if I can.

Cool idea, you could make those cable launch things from TTD & KDK. If I can find a good FREE 3d modeling program I could help.

some in the topic said we should be making transfertracks and support....
but how many coasters have the same supports and transfertracks? and then there's color....should we make every possible support in every possible color? I think we should stick to things that aren't different on each coaster. With 1.6 the brakes and lims are pretty good to me.
