I've seen quite a few model coasters, but this one is by far the coolest and most realistic. Amazing to think that its all toothpicks.

No, he says in one of the captions that it's static and that the layout would have to be less complex if it were to be functional. I doubt it would complete the circuit unless the train was heavily weighted as it is, and the tracks themselves look to be made of toothpicks so that would need to be changed I think.
