i found this while looking at sites cause i was bored.

its some sort of audio thing. make sure you have head phones of somesort pluged in for it to work. no its not some sort of scary thing.

I love these things! It's also nice when you can find symphony recordings done in this way; when you listen to them on your headphones it sounds like you're there!

Definitely cool. They use the same effect in the Disney show with Abraham Lincoln.
