there is a difference in learning a different language, and stoopping down to other people who are to lazy to learn the widely accepted language.

To graduate highschool nowadays you have to have 3 credits of another language, atleast everywhere that I have lived.

No, you don't need any language to graduate, but you need at least 2 to go to a 4 year university, but they recommend that you have at least 3.

Guys ... the recording is done in English. Why not continue on talking in English and to use ANOTHER language press a button? Why do I have to press a button to continue using the language already being used?

And uh, the Tower of Babel? That's a little far reaching, even for me to get on that boat, Jay. LOL

English is the hardest language to learn, its a wonder how it got to be the most widely used language...

I prefer French, it sounds better, its easier (not as easy as Spanish) and it makes women horny.

I think we should forget about French and start learning more about First Nations.

See, I'm still trying to get over that classic

English (U.S.)

???

But still, doesn't it just go to show how idiotic a lot of the world is that you have to select a language that you're already listening in? I think it does.

Turkish is an awesome language. [:)] So is greek. I hate french though, but i took that for GCSE [:(] lol. I think its much better to learn another persons language, than to expect them to speak yours. As long as they do it too [:D]

I do enjoy laughing when installing programs onto the computer where you have to select a language and they only seem to have 'English (US)' I guess the fact it's called English must confuse most of the Americans, plus why have the dumbed down (/american) version of English anyway. What annoys me even worse is when you get Indian people who come to live in the UK who can't speak a word of English, what's that all about? If you can't speak the language, don't live in the country
