Track Packager

Hi All,
I am having an issue,
I recently got a new computer and when I ran track packager for the first time, it said that it could not find the root folder. I then proceeded to browse for the root folder and I did and I got the program working. But, as soon as I close out of the program and I open it again, it completely forgets about the root folder setting and then it says that it could not find the root folder again. This is a loop that will keep going every time I open track packager.
I am running Windows 7 64 Bit.
And Yes I did install the newest version of the software from the NL website.
Another fact, after installing the latest version of the software, i proceeded to download a patch update for it, the patch update wouldn't run because of the root folder not being set.

So I am asking you all here for help and suggestions on what I should do next.

I just did about 10 minutes ago.
But i'll try it again.

Still no luck after reinstall.

Try removing all the files associated with the program (except for .NLP files from this site). Then download from this thread

Nope, still not working.
I can set up the program to work and once i set the folder the program works fine and it can unpack files with no issues, until i close the program. Once the program is closed, all the settings about the root folder are gone.

Where are you installing it to?

Are you installing it to Program files (x86) or Program files

I'm running Win7 x64 and mine is installed to the (x86) path.

Mine is installing to x86 path.
Where is your no limits root folder?

C:/Program FIles (x86)/NoLimits Coasters 1.6
