what does no limits track smoother really even do for you.

i mean what does it do to the nodes to make it smoother because i am building a recreation of expedition everest and it doesnt seem to be doing all that much

You just need to select one or multiple vertices and have them smoothed. If nothing much happens you had a pretty smooth track before.

I try to use it on some tracks, but generally, they're as smooth as possible before I run the track smoother. Just run off of what Buster said. The built in track smoother is pretty much the exact same as the track/node smoother.
