I think he means (im not sure though) a coding program like c++ and a modeling program like 3ds max. But you would have to know how to input that into the nolimits sorce code and stuff so its not like an "average joe" could do it. I think thats what he means.

oh, you need a decompiler, you need to be able to read what the disasemmbled stuff means and you need to know nl, you need to know the properties of a track and a car, and how to integrate it. wait 5 years after learning it all, lol, or make your own game ;)
