Trims........and "e-stops"

I just posted this coasterhttp://weeweeslap.com/track_exchange/detail.asp?tid=3864, which is a fantansy coaster. I got a 2 for techinical from one poster because the e-stop didnt work. Now im not a complainer but 1)this is a fantansy coaster and 2) its very clear that the brake segment is just a trim to slow the train down.

I think people should really use common logic when posting because alot of real life coasters will be given a 2 since the e stop didnt work for their trims. I could see if it was a brake section with the railing around it and i could also see if it was a straight piece of track................this is just me venting because after i look at some people coasters that give bad ratings i just laugh and be like if only you were that critical w/ your own coasters!!!

Taken care of the rating, I agree someone should not take points of for something like this and even if they wanted to, not that much.
