The problem with the texturing is that NL uses 2 layers, but you can only use 1 for 3ds. I've tried taking both textures and combining them in photoshop but it's not the same.

Im going off to work on it now, heres what im going to do, im going to export the terrain to a 3ds file and then import it into max. then i merge the tunnels into the terrain and i line up the vertexes and delete the faces inside the tunnel, do some texturing. Get rid of the terrian in nolimits and import the one with the tunnel in it. Thanks to torch511 for telling me this a while ago.

Should be done in a while.

wait a sec.... why not take a photo of some grass, and use that as the texture in the object creator.... i was able to make a tecate can texture on a bx in the object creator......

Uh oh, everything really looks awesome! The only problem is I can't make the supports because the 3d terrain and tunnels dont count as terrain or land so the fundament nodes can't be placed. I don't think this method will work [:(]

Get yourself some cheap 3ds footers and start laying nodes. heh.

I came to that conclusion on Rebel, worked out rather fine I might add.

Lol, having the entire landscape as a 3ds kills the video card already. I don't know how adding 3ds will work. It's not exactly a "small" track. I would be kinda aggravated to see the track go to waste :/
