o.k.....
NONE of the no limits tools on my computer work any more.. what gives?
no limits editor and simulator work, and the terraformer all work (just to make sure i reinstalled them)... but the construction kit, nl tool box, heartliner, track packager, elementary, support cleaner and track smoother will NOT work. if i knew how to take a picture of the message i'd post it, but it says
"this application has failed to start because MSVBVM60.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem"
i did try to re install the construction kit and that didn't work, same with the track smoother, but i get the same message. i have a feeling it's a windows thing and not a no limits thing, as the message is the same for all of these programs.. anyone savy enough about computers to know what's going on? should i just bite the bullet and reinstall windows... ?

i think i found a solution, in any case i got it to work ... i used the windows search to find the file, apparently it's a fille common to lots of programs... i copied it and pasted it into the folders containing the programs and TADA.... now they work... so now my question is.. what the heck happened...?

Hmmm. Try simply rebooting the computer if you haven't already. If that doesn't work, make a file titled MSVBVM60.DLL using notepad and put it in different folders. Then, if that doesn't work, put everything you want to keep on a disk or external HD and try re-installing Windows.

EDIT: I see you got it to work. I have no idea what happened, computers can be retarted sometimes.
