I'm still working, but it looks like I'm gonna get DQ'ed. I just read the post that said that track is only allowed inside the red lines, and I built it to be within the purple. So, looks like I'm kinda screwed. I just finished the trackwork after about 30 hours of formulating, so there's no way in hell I'm gonna have time to go back and fix it. So I'm probably just gonna finish the supports and 3ds tunnels, then upload it and hope for a weekly award instead. [:(]

i thought we were allowed in the cyan lines but you had to be underground (3D). i didnt know we could go in pink?
I completely bailed on this one, i though with wws closing it was over. Now i got 3 days to make/finish a ride. damn.

^Only 3ds and terraforming, and if too few poeple can get the track done before the 'deadline', I think I'll postpone it.

Yeah, I'm gonna have to drop out. My track's screwed by the rules mis-understanding, and I'm already working on the supports and tunnels, so there's no way I'm going back to square one to fix it. The very first element goes into the purple area, so I'd have to redesign the whole thing, and I love my track layout as it is. So yeah, I'm just going to drop out and post it as a normal track. Sorry, dude.

Does anyone else have anything close to finished at this point, or am I really going to have the only track here?

well if by close to finished you mean that the track is done, except for heartlining, no suports and no scenery, than yes...

is it ok to upload a nl track package, because i have an environment that needs to be /w/ the track[?]

Don't throw your tracks away! You might get an extra week! And if you're working on a track and can't get it done today, leave a message. That way I'll know if an extra week helps.

I forgot to join the compt. I hope that's OK. I "finished" my track though it's not very good by any means. I thought I would upload it anyway, though I'm sure I won't win. I just spent too much time trying to get it done to just throw it away. Riders beware...
