upload nl track packs

I know you are not allowd to upload NL track pack files but what about if they are in a zip[?]

go for it. Were not too worried about track packagers here, but they do have to be in .zip format as .exe can contain virus (i supose so could .zips, but they are more easily picked up with virus scanners) Just make sure the file isnt to large, files over 2.5 mb are too big and will most likly be deleted
