URGENT Need for 3ds Black Face Fix

I am releasing a ride today and two people so far are having troubles trying to rid of the black faces on the sketchup-exported objects in my ride. I am serious about this, I need someone who can fix the faces, not someone who just wants to see the ride, it's being released today anyway.
