its not about the number of rates, itsd the consistancy of rates. If we notice your rating almost all of the tracks being upload the staff will discuss wether or not to give you VIP access. Also being helpful to other members can help
btw, i wouldnt recommened mass ratings now. I think it might be a little obvious to them if all of a sudden, bam, huge amounts of ratings from just the one person.
