Well, there haven't been any real stabs at winning shuttle coasters since the release of NL 1.5, so I decided to try for it. I have the basic track layout for the coaster, and the terrain completed. I would like to get some feedback from my fellow 'slapsters on whether I should pursue this coaster any further. So, if you want to help me out, leave your e-mail address and I will ship it out to you ASAP.

The coaster starts on top of a mountain, takes an initial launch to 60 mph, does a giant spiral drop out over a pretty lake and to ground level, speeds up to 110 mph, and then turns up 90 degrees and gives you 7 seconds of airtime as you rise 450 ft in the air and fall straight back down. After completing the circuit in reverse, you think the ride is over. Wrong. You fly back through the station, down into a valley, and up 90 degrees again for another 4 seconds of airtime.

The coaster is currently named "Volare", which is Italian for "Flight". It is named so due to the insane amount of airtime you go through.

So, again, if you would like to test ride, leave your email address and I will send it out.

EDIT: Sorry for not sending the tracks out to you all, but I threw this project aside 5 months ago, and am just now picking it back up. So, that's why you never got it.

UPDATE:

I have picked this project up again, and I will be uploading within the next week. Trackwork is smoothed to perfection, and all I have to do is add in some final supports. Here is a quick screenshot of the 490 ft tower which generates 7 seconds of complete weightlessness.
