I don't know what you do with them in America, but here we eat them for breakfast:

[lol]

A tradition West Country/Black country dish! I've had them before and they kinda suck, but when I saw them in the freezer again I just thought I would take a photo [lol]

Have you not noticed what they are or something? Or does the idea of eating faggots seem perfectly normal to you? [lol]

um, you were proceeding under the assumption that your "slang" word for meatballs is used universally -- therefore, my answer would be "no".

I thought 'rainbow loving person' in the UK meant a cigarette... like "hey, can I bum a fag?"

No the term for cigarettes is not rainbow loving person, it is merely 'fag' [lol]. I have never heard anyone say can I bum a fag, although I'm sure chavs would say it to try and seem funny.

"i wonder who had the idea of calling their product mr brains faggots lol"

Mr Brain's is a food company, not a very well known one admittedly, and faggots are a very old tradition here in middle england that have been around for a lot longer than the term "rainbow loving person", plus we don't use the term rainbow loving person here anyway, so why would they have any cause to name them otherwise? I just thought some low-brow Americans might have a chuckle at it [lol] Especially considering the shape of them haha.

Fag means cigarette, rainbow loving person is sausage meat? What the heck is sausage then? Or do I even want to know?

Only some people do it. Most people call them either: HotDogs or sausage depending on what it is.
But what I do know is I want that (arrow pointing down) ciggarette to shut up!! [lol]
