Someone needs to take a look at how this is not working.

What happend to:
Taurus (6 rates with avg 8.96 uploaded on 2/31.13)
Mardi Gras (5 rates with avg 8.8 uploaded on 4/3/13)

They both should have qualified as award winners.

I also thought that you needed more than 1 rating to qualify unless that rule has changed.
Rapid (1 rates with avg 8.83 uploaded on 4/6/13)

Not that I care about my track but other are missing out on recognition.

Taurus won either last week or two weeks ago. It was the same week that I won 2nd place with Sting Ray. Mardi Gras I think was last week.

Ok, I see that Taurus did win for the previous week. So the week is monday through sunday.

So the week in question is 4/1/13 through 4/7/13...

That still does not explain why mardi gras, thrill seeker, .superman epic battle and steelshaker5 were ignored as possible winners

steelshaker5 was an entry to the official contest, so I don't think it was eligible. I'm not sure why the others were denied, though.

It looks like Mardigras was uploaded on the 3rd but the votes that would have pushed it's ranking up happened after the script ran alt-ho it did qualify.

ThrillSeeker didn't have the rating to get top three but did qualify as it was in the group selection.

I could not find steekshaker5.

When did the script run?

uploaded on wed 4/3 with 1 rate on thu 4/4, 2 rates fri 4/5, 1 rate on sat 4/6 and the last rate on sun 4/7.

Script ran on 04/13/2013 and would have covered tracks posted on or after the sixth.

If that is the case then it should have been in the prior weekly awards and it is not there either. So basically we have tracks that qualify and are falling through the cracks and not getting recognized which means that someone needs to look into fixing the script.

This script is not wrong, it just appears that your timing in uploading your track put it in-between the times that the weekly awards script calculates.

During the 3/30 run which would have covered tracks up to the 5th your rating was 8.80 when I calculate it by hand, but when I check the logs it was not returned with the other tracks when DB was polled.

This means that it is possible that somebody changed their rating after the script ran, eg a comment to a rating. I went ahead and restored a backup of the database we have from that night and ran the script and your track is not returned because it only had two ratings.

If the week is Sun through Sat then the script shoud run on Sun morning to get all the tracks from the prior week, correct?

So When does the week start and end and when does the script run?

I guess I am asking this because it is very confusing as to why things turned out the way they did.

The week goes from Saturday to Friday. Pretty simple.

but the "week" on the home page still goes from sunday to saturday, is what he is saying.I think all that he is trying to point out is that the "award week" and the "homepage week" should match up, which they don't
