What is the loudest & most annoying coaster?

You've got to understand about Kumba, that yes, it does mean "ROAR" in Swahili, and that's also what the park was aiming for: a loud beast of a ride that could be heard from anywhere in the park.

when it goes under that tunnel at the beginning....oh my god! its like a frieght train passing by

Mamba's lift at WoF, Titan's lift at SFOT, Hypersonic XLC's brakes, and TTD both when the brake fins are sucked down and when the train roars past at the end of the launch.

Medusa IS LOUD but a good coaster.

Mr. Freeze, Titan, Batman: the Ride, all horribly loud rides. They are fun though.

TTD. To me when your in line right next to the train hitting the brakes.
It gets loud as hell. Raptors lift hill is also pretty annoying.

Superman The Escape no contest, sounds like a jet roars by.

Kraken gave me quite a head ake, but excellent and enjoible ride.

Well guys, I feel the need to come out and state publicly that I am and I am currently looking for a partner.

For the loudest and most annoying coaster, I'm gonna have to say Hypersonic XLC's brakes.

As for the loudest and most annoying person, I'm gonna have to say Air--Now Fly. He's asking to get banned lol [:p]

Tconwell would make a good partner Air-Fly Now. Just kidding he wouldn't cause he can't get it up anymore w/o a double dose of viagra and cialis and is old.

Stampida's Red Train

B&Ms are usually really loud, especially something as large as Alpengeist (or even as small as Batman) but Chiller was easily the loudest I've heard, you could hear it all the way over near Medusa, which was about 2/3 of the way across the park. Crazy thing is the exit pathway went right between the launch tracks, probably with 5 feet or less between the sides of the pathway and the tracks. That was definately a good time to plug your ears lol.

I know Joker's Jinx is really loud too, as you can hear it from the parking lot. I assume most or all other large Premiers are similarly loud.

I like loud rides though, adds to the excitement. I think Talon in particular would seem even more fun if you could hear the ride along with the screams.

The Aerosmith music on Rockin' Roller Coaster @ Disney World is SUPER LOUD and it gave me a headache! However it is an AMAZING ride and I love it! AEROSMITH ROCKS!!!!!

P.S: The music would be SOO much worse if I din't love Aerosmith...

The Riddler's revenge is very loud, but it is the best ride in the world, so no-one cares.

Excalibur at Valleyfair is surprisingly quiet for an 18 year old roller coaster...Hell, even Renegade is louder and it just opened 7 months ago!

My say on the loudest is probably Kumba.

Most annoying is a fair fight between Steel Venom and Gwazi...

When Gwazi has the trains actually racing, it's just this mix of glass shattering, nails sliding down the chalkboard, silverware screeching on a glass plate. It's torture!

Steel Venom's launch is horrific. I think fake screams are programmed into the speakers in the station, plus the screech of the launch itself. And then how loud it is during the four times it passes through the station, and you're standing like 5 feet away. Gah!

well dragster is deffoning when staning in line next to the hydraulic house.... the squeeling of the hydraulic launch and then that massive roar by the train... i heard it by maverick. the same goes for kingda ka

Everything on Katapul @ Hopi Hari in Brazil is VERY loudy.

The launch, the brakes, when it passes through the loop.



Anyway, is a very good coaster.

Superman the escape, X's lift, and Dejavu when you have to stand in the station as it goes by.

Wow those all happen to be at SFMM... my name lives up to something...

Superman at SFMM just HAULS ASS on that launch. When you ride it though it dosent seem loud at all.

Nothing even compares to Superman at SFMM. You can hear it outside the park...Sounds like a freaking sonic boom.

Troy's Station-fly-trough is very loud,but the ride kicks ass!
