Six Flags over texas really needs a new coaster that thrills guests.

i doubt anything at all. If they actually are gonna refurbish Texas Giant, then probably nothing. Theyve had Tony Hawk for a few months, im pretty sure their gonna let that die down before the move anything else in.

What im was aying was that every six flags park is getting some kind of new attraction for 2011 and what do you hink it will be for each park.
P.S. six flags confirmed that six flags over texas will get a new attraction along with the refurbishment of Texas Giant.

^Dosen't matter, they're going to stay, confirmed. Every park is getting a new ride, and even if the payments can't be made, like jayman said, "Obamaland"

yes Six Flags filed for Chapter 11, all that is, is a restructuring of how to pay the debt back, it will reduce the debt and the payments they have to make, THAT IS ALL. Six Flags parks aren't going anywhere.

no layoffs
no park closings
MORE advertising

Nothing is probably going to happen at the six flags parks in 2010, you might see a new flat ride show up here and there, but 2010 is going to be pretty much a take it easy kind of year.

however Six Flags Corp. is celebrating their 50th anniversary in 2011, ALL parks will be receiving a new attraction.

I found this information out from a friend that was invited to sit in on a conference call with Mark Shapiro

I understand chapter 11, but that restructuring can sometimes lead to chapter 7 liquidation when not done properly.
