I just saw the skateboarding topic, and wondered who here surfs? Where and what do you ride? Post pics ect...

Big day in San Diego

I surf when its less than 2 feet because I'm not that good but I mostly bodyboard if it's anything decent. Here in NJ it gets real fun in the winter. The last time I was out was Saturday, it was about 3-4 and clean so it was awesome, but real cold. The only time it gets to you is after getting out and taking your gloves off. Then your hands will shrivel up and freeze.

And where were those taken? Lowers (Trestles, sweet place), Blacks, Scripps, Imperial, Ocean Beach? Those are the breaks near SD I can think of.

And this is completely off topic, but can someone donate me a few points. I really want to change my title. I don't hate Medusa anymore. There was a period in 2004 where it sucked.

I ride the killer and totally radical waves of Lake Michigan.

The competition one is from swamis and the big one is from scripps. I wouldnt be able to handle the cold in NJ. I right now am going to college in San Luis Obispo and the water here is almost to cold for me to handle.

I surf in malibu and sometimes in maui except for this one time when we had to evacuate the beach for 3 hours because an earthquake set of a tsunami warning. I wanted to surf badly when the warning was goin cause the waves looked kool and they were huge. Sadly the tsunami was only about 16 inches high.
