Will spraying silicon spray on a tall steep playground slide make it faster to slide down sitting on a piece of burlap or two Frisbees?

It might be at least kinda dangerous for future sliders wearing shorts, not knowing about the silicon spray on the slide. But it seems like it might make you go faster down.

Silicone spray is too lightweight and it is likely going to dry out on the slide from the heat of the sun before you can even make one cycle. You should get you some cooking lard or other heavy industrial lubricant that thick and lather the slide down in it.

This will make you go faster, especially when it rains. However it is very likely that it will also total the slide if it dries or is not removed.

Or use candle wax that's been melted and dried. It's an old trick skaters use to wax rails.

^Only really works between 2 hard surfaces, though, I think. Like a curb stone/rail, and a board.

Probably just slow you down on a slide.

Get yourself a toboggan, cool5. You'll shoot down that slide faster than ever.

I was sledding from the top of a huge hill behind a house and found a dead deer all curled up in the snow right in front of the porch swing. I proceeded to dump the deer in the back of my long blue sled and went flying down the hill even faster and with more momentum. I then dumped the deer off of my sled near some trees to the left of the bottom of my sled run. Then I came home and zipped on my big zipline in the snow.

Dead deer make sledding much better with more speed.

What does this have to do with silicone spray on a playground slide?

I slipped the huge hill with a dead deer in the back of the sled like a giant slide.

I had a topic about sledding with the dead deer on EA forums and it is gone now along with the peeing in unusual places topic and the locked other two topics by me.

Just get something from fleece to put underneath you. Works like a charm on metal slides. [:)]

I went back to slide down that big hill at the house just earlier today and it was very fast. I really loved taking a break on the tree swing partway up to rest my legs.

Today I sat on a rigid plastic downspout splash box and slid down the 6 foot tall plastic aurora school playground slides.

These things are BLAZING fast on commercial plastic slides. I think I flew at least 5 or 6 feet from the end of the slide and crashed onto the mulch.
