Worst and Best names?

Worst names on my list:
-Batman: The Ride (Overused name...kinda plain)
-Superman: The escape (from what???)
-Hundeprut(Translation: Dog Fart)
-Crazy Flying Coaster (sounds kinda generic)
-Viper (Six Flags generic name when out of ideas)

Best names:
-V2: Vertical Velocity
-Ghostrider
-Xcellerator
-Invertigo
-Zonga
-Goliath
-Nemesis

Well, post your worst/best ride names!

Well dont go dissing STE's name before you ride the damn thing. There is a story, and you do escape.

I love Crazy Flying Coaster! It may be "generic" but its such a great name.

I also think that to say that Batman: The Ride is an overused name is false. Its not used but for one ride that Six Flags just likes to install at their parks and happens to be one of the best invert styles around.

Frankly, I think that Superman is overused since its used for Flying coasters, Hyper Coasters and even a Floorless and NOW a Rocket Coaster. Thats overusing a ride name, even if the subtitle is different.

My all time favorite is Children Coaster. No, it's not "Children's Coaster", just Children Coaster.

I also like many of the old coaster names like Cyclone and Wildcat.

The older names seem to please me, as well as the Raven, Millennium Force, Mantis, and I do like Viper.

Don't forget Italian Job Stunt Track, Mighty Canadian Mine Buster, and Crystal Beach Cyclone, They're pretty cool names.

For the worst names I'd say Superman: Whatever, and Wild Mouse, and Roller Coaster, and probably some wierd euro names.

WEll, Dirntin is a really bad name to give to your child, but a good one is Kyle, possibly the best name in the world!!! I wish my name was Kyle!

I like the the names at Big Cheif (Mount Olympus), Pegasus, Cyclops, Zeus, and Hades.

I think apollos chariot has to be my favorite ride name. who knows what is worst, maybe like Roller coaster.

I really like Nemesis, the coaster looks great, and the name matches the theme.

Nemisis, Raptor, The Raven are some of my favorite names.
But the absolute worst names are the ones you have to choose from at downtown Disneys Virtual Coaster ride.
You have to choose between 20 adjectives and 20 nouns. So my coaster was named, "Atomic Wedgie" horrible horrible name.

My favorite roller coaster name is DEFINATELY Storm Runner. Hell, it's my favorite roller coaster anyways lol. Hm.. I'll make a list:

actually it's very simple. when a coaster designer gives his coaster a powerfull name ( like the name of gods or something big ), the coaster will automaticly look gigantic. a coaster will be a pain in the ass if you give it a name ltteraly to the ride ( like "coaster" or "ride with loop" )

I dunno Big Dipper sounds pretty cool!
