I got my first computer when I was 13, but that was in 1980!

And it didn't have an Internet connection either, oddly.

^^ You had a computer at 13 in 1980, That seems almost impossible. They were so rare and pricey then.

I don't have one, and I don't really want one, because it would be nowhere near as good as the one I am using now. My comp has a 3.2ghz processer and an ATI radeon 800XT graphics card (something like that I'm not certian).

I had a sweet machine in my room for the longest time. P1 66 mhz. That thing ran Sim Tower like nothing else before. LOL, but I got rid of that one a while back. So now I game on my own computer thats located in the basement where all our other computers are at.

^66mhz. Nice. The best processors in the early 80's ran at a blazing 5mhz. And as we know, 5mhz is amazing.[;)]

Yeah, I split the cost with my dad (we'll I gave him all the money I had, which was nothing near half). It was an Apple ][+ with a whopping 16k of memory (that's right 16k, as in 16384 BYTEs of memory) and a processor that ran at a blazing 1.04mhz. No storage device (we used a tape cassette player, it took 10 minutes to load Wilderness Adventure, (talk about long load times)), no monitor (an old black and white tv from the garage) and all this for only $2,000.00 dollars!

Apple II. Alright. I've used a Mac on regular basis for a long time. The first ones I used were made in the early 90's and late 80's. Apple had some very unimaginative computers back then. Then I moved up to a second edition iMac. (The ones in colors. I had Lime). And now I have a 4th edition iMac (Snowball iMac). Maybe I'll be getting a Powerbook or a Mini soon. All those in addition to a few adopted PowerMac 9800's and a couple of LC's.
