i don't have a totally favorite steel ride right, but the beast at PKI is the best, especially at night, especially in either the right side of the first (or very last) seat. Nothing can top a thrilling 6 minutes of sheer fun!!!! [pshades]

You guys will probably think I'm dumb for saying this, but: Corkscrew at Cedar Point. It was my first rollercoaster, and just such a great experience. I guess I'm just sentimental...[;)]

My favorite steel is MF.
My favorite wood is I dunno. I like a lot of different woods. Some of my favorites are the cyclones and the boss.

Ha, that first turnaround is a scenic turn, it was designed to be that way on purpose, to make people think the ride is tame (Plus, most steel coasters aren't even as intense as that turn [lol]). But then when you hit the drop out of it its constant itensity, airtime, and laterals. You must've not ridden it when it was running too good...during the 2003 season it was a very tempermental coaster. It usually runs good/great all the time now because instead of greasing it they use some kind of wax that takes long to wash off [approve]

Did you that along time ago Corkscrew's lift hill chain snapped and the train came running back through the station? I wonder if it hit the other train.
