This is a Ferris wheel that carries 1 person standing up on a spinning coaster car for a 6 minute ride.

I feel like you could refine the design by simply having an arm connecting to the car rather than using the resources to make an entire wheel.

The arms do not move. The wheel has a invisible track around the rim and the single car travels along that.
