Actually his lasuit has some good points that might win. However he probably is bared from recovery in way of damages except for court cost, attorney fees, and actual damage. However if they move it to federal court it might get thrown out for SLAPP.

Honestly I hope it wins since a great many of those groups included in the suit piss me off and the state shouldn't be giving them money when the only thing more broke than Illinois is California. Maybe California should extort a childrens cancer research hospital like Illinois did (hooray Blagojevich!) to build more capital.

Seriously though, I wish more people had the balls to stand up for the seperation of legislation and religion. No one's spriritual beliefs should be allowed to influence law and government yet it happens more frequently than not.

I'm satisfied that the Jewish camp IN WISCONSIN finally got called out for using Illinois grants, among the other stuff mentioned on the main page.
