Oh I see the photos are like puzzle peices. The first photo is puzzle piece 16 out of 42 and the second one is puzzle piece 18 out of 42 hence the numbers. After all peices are put together the spell out the contest.

These images of B&M and Giovanola... literally make me think of a concept like "Build a B&M element looper but you have to use a "Giovanola" track style."
