Any tutorials floating around on redoing cartextures?

Yeah, pretty much what the subject asks. And then I guess the only other question is if it's essentially the same on NL2 as it is on NL1? I consider myself better with computers than the average person but I'm also not an expert of any sort. I'm not sure where redoing cartextures falls in terms of skill level required but I would simply be happy to have a way to get rid of some of the stuck-colors on certain trains. (That aqua and pinkish-red combination on the sit-down twister trains only matches with so much!)
