Beach Comber was built in 1954 on the Californian Coast. Over the years the beach has changed, yet the coaster has not. It runs just like it has over the last 60 years. This year is its 60th anniversary, and to celebrate the occasion, all guests are given free passes aboard the classic ride.

Please remember, if you rate this ride, it is not meant to be a complex or "modern" roller coaster. It is intended to be an old, simple, out-and-back woodie, reminiscent of the age it was "built". I realize that E-Stop does not pass, but it was not meant to pass, as there was no such thing as E-Stop when this coaster was built. Please rate accordingly, and enjoy Beach Comber. [8D]
