California Screamin Deleted?

I uploaded a recreation of California Screamin yesterday and it got deleted because i did not make the cs. I "stole" it supposedly. How can I upload my coaster again without getting it deleted again? Would i have to get rid of all the cs or just the one people had a problem with?
PLEASE RESPOND!!!!!!
