Can someone plz help my with puttin my rides on the site i dont kno how cause when i tryed it asked me wut myfile name and all that stuff wuz and i didnt wut it wuz [:(] so anyone knos the answer to my problem it would be a big help !

Seriously, if you want to be in a hurry and still have correct spelling, search google for IESpell and install it. Its a small little spell checker thats built into IE once installed so you just select your text, right click and then spell check.

The question was how do I upload my tracks on the website ?

See the toolbar at the top?
Rollover the word "Exchange" with your mouse.
Then click on "Upload Tracks" and follow the instructions.

When it asks for the file name, that would be the name of your track that you have created and wish to upload.
