QUESTION 1: 3000 Points.
If you have 5 apples and you take away 3 of them, how many do you have?


QUESTION 2: 10000 Points.
Lets say you drive a bus with 80 people on board from Chicago to Pittsburg. While at Pittsburg, dropped off 18 passengers, and picked up 4 to drive onto Cleveland. There, dropped off 4 passengers, and pick up 20 more. Finnaly, go all the way to California, dropping off a total of 184 people at 14 different stops, and pick up a total of 201, a differerence of 17 passengers. Total time on the road was 61 hours, and an average of 14 hours every day. It took somewhere around 5 days. What's the name of the driver, and give a short explaination why.


QUESTION 3: 5000 Points.
I went to bed at eight o'clock in the evening and wound up my clock and set the alarm to sound at nine o'clock in the morning. How many hours sleep would I get before being awoken by the alarm?

There is no traveling mentioned, it must has to do with the winding of the clock...

Within the range of 0-13...going to bed and being asleep are not the same thing. You could easily be in bed awake the entire night and not sleep at all, or fall asleep as you finish setting the alarm.
