Is there any gif maker out there that is compatable with Windows Movie Maker cus its the only one i got and every gif make ive tried so far won't read the file or open it.

Windows movie maker does not support animated GIF files, only still images. You must convert them using a GIF to AVI converter and use the AVI file instead. There are plenty of shareware/Freeware converters out there. Pick one (Google GIF to AVI)
